After spending the night at the Hot Springs in Genoa, my husband and I woke up to snow on April 1st! No April Fool’s joke! We decided to take the long route home going around Washoe Lake. It was worth the extra time as we spotted lots of baby calves who were born within the last 24 hours. Next, we went up to Geiger Grade so we could take comparison photos from our first snow last year on November 15 – much more snow! Now, I’ve shared my special location to take spectacular photos of Reno!
