The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s Smith Valley Chapter is holding a Bingo Bonanza on Saturday, April 26 at the Smith Valley Hall in Wellington starting at 4:00pm.

Everyone is welcome for this evening of a light buffet dinner, no-host bar, raffle and Bingo.

If you’re not already a member, become one now!  The Foundation raises money for the following types of programs.

• Habitat enhancement projects such as prescribed burns and water developments;
• Wildlife Management projects such as elk transportation and cooperative initiatives among elk and livestock interests;
• Research on elk and their habitats to provide wildlife managers with information needed to manage elk;
• Conservation education programs to increase the awareness of the importance of wildlife and their habitat with people of all ages;
• Land conservation projects such as acquisitions and conservation easements; and
• Hunting heritage projects to promote ethical hunting and ensure future hunting opportunities.

It’s the volunteers and the contributors that make the critical difference working together that can leave a lasting legacy of wildlife for future generations!
