Taste your way through the 42nd Chili on the Comstock in Virginia City where the International Chili World Qualifier occurs.  Some of the best chili cooks in the West compete for a spot in the International Chili Society World Finals.

Be it spicy, mild or chile verde, what’s chili without a beer?  You can pair tastings with a Craft Beer Tour at Virginia City’s famous saloons and the Chili on the Comstock Craft Beer Tents were hand-selected local and regional craft beers are poured all weekend long.

You can participate in the “Great Fire Hot Chili Pepper Challenge” where you test your limits to see how high you can go on the Scoville Scale.
